Job Title: Business Development Senior Executive 05

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Senior Executive to join our team at TIME's group. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager in sourcing, studying, and acquiring development land, including checking on development requirements of potential land, dealing with property agents, relevant authority departments, land offices, land surveyors, land valuers, and other relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing feasibility studies and cash flow for potential land.
  • Assist in administrating shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements, including dealing with vendors, lawyers, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in exploring new business opportunities for business diversification, including exploring, screening, and studying potential business deals by liaising with potential partners.
  • Assist in administrating shareholder agreements and setting up new businesses, including liaising with partners, lawyers, and other relevant parties.
  • Provide feedback and report to the Business Development Manager on the progress/status of related project matters.
  • Contribute personal knowledge to strengthen the highest standards of the working environment in the department.
  • Undertake any other specific tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Business Administration, International Business or any equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
  • Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
  • Possess a positive working attitude.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Monday to Friday working schedule.
  • Able to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
