Service Desk Analyst for IT Infrastructure and Applications

In this role, you will provide top-notch support for IT Infrastructure and Applications, leveraging your expertise in Windows 10, MS AD, MFA, Azure, and Office 365.
Our Service Desk operates on a 24/7 basis, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively. As a member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative environment that fosters learning, growth, and camaraderie.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support via telephone and chat
- Dispatching tickets and solving first and second-level incidents
- Assisting users in their daily use of our IT systems
- Ensuring that calls are recorded, solutions communicated, and tasks closed
- Reporting critical and important applications, while performing proactive & 24/7 monitoring to ensure minimum downtime while maintaining the SLA's.
