Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints and service issues, ensuring solutions are provided in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Handle challenging situations with patience and empathy to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Order Management:
  • Assist clients with product orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, coordinating with other departments if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree or customer service certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field (typically 1-2 years).
  • Experience in handling client inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Mandarin is an advantage.
