Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at CIMB.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle and resolve incoming calls from customers, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

You will be required to perform verification checks prior to updating customer information or fulfilling requests.

In addition, you will be responsible for escalating complex cases to relevant parties and keeping customers informed about the status of their issues.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and make outbound calls as necessary.
