Job Overview:Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle from successful onboarding to ongoing relationship and/or engagement initiatives management, quarterly business reviews, and driving business growth through renewals.
  • Boost adoption, retention, and engagement through proactive monitoring and analysis of client data, providing valuable recommendations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date with ThoughtFull’s latest products, services, and engagement initiatives to effectively communicate value to clients and drive business results.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. A minimum experience of 3 years in client success, account management, change management or strategic Human Resources in a medium to large organisation (matrix, Software as a Service (SaaS) or management consulting organisation is an added advantage).
  2. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including effective communication with rank-and-file to C-suite executives.
  3. Able to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
  4. Able to stay organised, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
