Management Support Assistant

Talent Recruit seeks a highly motivated and organized Management Support Assistant to support the Construction Team in managing project activities and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager and Construction Team.
Maintain accurate records and files. - Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling and logistics.
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Quality Control:
Evaluate construction work against quality standards and safety regulations.
Participate in site inspections and ensure compliance. - Budgeting and Forecasting:
Prepare budget reports and forecasts to ensure financial control.
Manage budgets and track expenses. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the project team to achieve common goals.
Maintain effective communication channels. - Issue Resolution:
Identify and address project issues promptly.
Escalate critical problems to the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or project management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
