  1. Develop and maintain the entire procure-to-pay process.
  2. Guarantee timely execution and settlement of all payment requests, including employee claims.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payable transactions to facilitate informed decision-making.
  4. Establish effective communication channels between internal teams and external vendors via email and assist colleagues as required.
  5. Analyze supplier statements, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions to minimize errors.
  6. Regularly update bank transactions and conduct thorough bank reconciliations.
  7. Present bank balance reports to management on a bi-weekly basis.
  8. Gather and organize relevant business documents used in banking processes.
  9. Coordinate with bankers and payment service providers.
  10. Supervise monthly and yearly accounting closures.
  11. Process manual and urgent payments requests.
  12. Compile audit-ready documentation.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience with accounts payable processes.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, as well as Accounting Software.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Quick learning capacity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
