We're seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to join our Live Chat Support team as a Fraud Analyst.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live chat interactions in real-time, investigating potential fraudulent activities, and communicating with customers via chat in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage real-time live chat interactions to identify suspicious behavior.
  • Analyze and resolve suspected fraud cases based on predefined policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with customers via live chat while ensuring platform integrity.
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams with clear documentation.
  • Stay updated on fraud trends and tools to detect suspicious activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of case details and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Criminology, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in fraud detection, risk management, or trust & safety.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage multiple live chats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
