Job Summary:

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Policy Servicing Analyst to provide operational support, business process analysis, and approval of benefits payments as authorized.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth through system enhancements, process improvements, and digital projects.
  2. Liaise and coordinate with superiors and IT or system support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Assist superiors in project meetings, preparing system/business requirements, and business process reviews.
  4. Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders and implementation sign-off documents.
  6. Monitor results, review and recommend measures to improve existing processes and systems.
  7. Perform data analysis and presentation to support business decisions.
  8. Responsible for performing Quality Check or sampling review as per Quality Assurance Framework.
  9. Establish and update guidelines, working instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  10. Support processing of Benefits requests (Surrender/Withdrawal/Cancellation/Loan and other payments) and approve up to authority limit assigned.
  11. Ensure timely completion of objectives agreed with superiors for any assignments/projects.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 – 5 years' experience in the Insurance Industry.
  3. Knowledge of insurance, good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, IT literate, and proficient in MS Office.
