We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, evaluating and analyzing business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and proposing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and propose solutions.

In this role, you will also maintain accurate and complete documentation for all business requirements, user stories, and process flows. Additionally, you will provide user training, work closely with development and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project progress.

Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of experience in Business Analyst or related field.
  2. Mandatory proficiency in English and Mandarin language.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  4. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles.
