In this role, you will also maintain accurate and complete documentation for all business requirements, user stories, and process flows. Additionally, you will provide user training, work closely with development and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project progress.
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analyst or related field.
- Mandatory proficiency in English and Mandarin language.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles.
