The Consultant will lead the implementation of the Associate Engineer Programme, ensuring alignment with its design and business expectations. They will work closely with the business to develop and maintain a Competency Framework for critical roles.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing and enhancing training programmes to improve workforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determining required Associate Engineers and budget allocation based on business direction and workforce needs.
- Designing and structuring the Associate Engineer Programme.
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to co-develop the recruitment process and oversee its execution.
- Implementing the Associate Engineer Programme and ensuring alignment with its design and business expectations.
- Maintaining a Competency Framework for critical roles.
- Designing and enhancing training programmes to improve workforce capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience OR Diploma holders with at least 8 years of experience.
- Strong familiarity with Engineering disciplines and industry activities.
- Knowledge of Engineering functions and industry best practices.
- Experience in training programme design, competency framework development, and workforce planning.
