Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Merchandising Specialist to focus on the meat and seafood department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales and merchandising plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to optimize product offerings, pricing, and promotion.
  • Designing and maintaining visually appealing displays that showcase products effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and monitoring stock movements.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures regarding product handling, storage, and safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree with at least 1-2 years' experience in handling Meat & Frozen products is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or department head from a hypermarket, supermarket, mini-market, or convenience shop is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided, and may be considered for a Category Executive position.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
