Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with team members to identify issues, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot faulty devices.
- Participating in the implementation of project onsite, including installation, cabling, switch configuration, acceptance testing, etc.
- Coordinating with vendors and support teams on project technical problem resolution and implementation issues.
- Preparing necessary documents in advance, including configuration scripts, cable connection tables, and project/service acceptance reports.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports or customer-level reports when required.
- Handling parts inwards and outwards of the warehouse.
- Managing warehouse inventory accordingly and conducting stock checks upon request, supporting parts delivery to the data centre.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates with a degree in an IT-related discipline or individuals with 0-3 years of professional experience in the IT field.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English and other languages.
