We are seeking a talented Financial Executive to join our team in Bidor Perak.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer segments and developing strategies to sell bancassurance products.

Job Description:

  • Prospecting and engaging with potential prospects through cold calls.
  • Participating in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers.
  • Building strong business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities.
  • Providing expert financial advice and follow-up service on policy matters to customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum SPM qualification with at least 5 passes including BM, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales and customer service.
  • Fresh Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply, as we offer ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel where required.
