Hotel Sales Strategist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Hotel Pudu Plaza.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract MICE business and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for MICE segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on MICE or events.
- Strong network of corporate and event planning contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and hotel sales software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu both written and spoken (Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage).
