Job Description:

ZALORA SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Brand Partnership Specialist. This role will play a pivotal part in building meaningful relationships with our partners and driving the success of our advertising initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Enquiries Management: Assist in managing and responding to inbound marketing inquiries from our partners, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  2. Brand Asset Coordination: Support in the coordination of Creative Assets with partner Brands and ZALORA Creative services.
  3. Advertising Operations (Pre): Support the team in executing pre-campaign activities, such as ad inventory management, campaign scheduling, and creative asset coordination.
  4. Advertising Operations (Post): Collaborate with the team to analyze post-campaign data, monitor performance metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  5. Campaign Reporting: Help prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, utilizing data analytics tools and visualizations to highlight key insights and areas for improvement.
  6. Event Preparation: Contribute to the preparation and execution of major promotional events, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
  7. Revenue-Driving Solutions: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies to boost revenue, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  8. Tech Development: Assist in the development and testing of our ads solution platform, working alongside our tech team to enhance functionality and user experience.
  9. Communication Materials: Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative communication materials for our partners, including presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

Requirements:
  1. Passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of data analytics tools.
  7. Enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.

Minimum Internship Period: 6 months on a full-time basis
