About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at Comfort Works. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our community, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Comfort Works' goals, targeting key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions, while analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written posts that reflect our brand's tone of voice and aesthetic.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and grow Comfort Works' online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of connection and loyalty.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content is consistent with Comfort Works' brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the e-commerce or home décor industries.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creativity and innovation in social media content, with a keen sense for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing trends and priorities.
  • A genuine interest in home décor, interior design, and sustainability is a plus.
