  • Market Research & Analysis - Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer insights to inform pricing, product, and marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with marketing to create engaging content and coordinate with customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stock & Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfillment, especially during peak sales periods.
  • Performance Monitoring - Track ecommerce metrics using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel.
  • Experience in digital marketing tools and channels. Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, and email/social media marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
