About the Role:

The Executive Office Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Executive Chairman & President's office, while playing a key role in business development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chairman & President in identifying and pursuing potential business partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Assess the viability of business deals by analyzing market strategies and financial implications.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and facilitate the closure of new business deals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational interests in all business dealings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and networking.
  • Enhance organizational reputation by delivering high-quality work and providing valuable support to the Executive Chairman & President.
  • Coordinate tasks and projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare various documents and communications for the Executive Chairman & President.
  • Represent the Executive Chairman & President in meetings and accurately convey messages and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 6-10 years of relevant experience in business development or executive office support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate high-profile environments with discretion.
  • Familiarity with classical liberal ideas and a keen understanding of political sensitivities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in document preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good grasp of current affairs.
