As a Technical Assistance Specialist at Swift Software, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers experiencing operational challenges. You will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, identify the root cause of issues, and develop solutions to address them. Your expertise will also be valuable in analyzing and resolving complex problems, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality support.

Some of the key skills required for this role include:
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in IT/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8 years and above experience in a technical customer support environment, in Financial Services, Banking, or similar.
  • Fluent in English in both written and spoken communications. Any other major Asian language is an asset.
  • Working knowledge with change management applications (e.g., JIRA, Ant, Hudson, or Jenkins Tools).
