The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and passion for driving business growth, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional results. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and Follow-up: Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring prompt resolution of any inconsistencies.
- Business Calls: Make over 30 successful business calls per day for each telesales team member, fostering trust, rapport, and driving sales performance.
- Password Management: Assist dealers with password resets, ensuring seamless access to our services and minimizing downtime.
- Reporting: Submit daily reports on closed won/lost deals by territory and account, empowering informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Customer Account Management: Proactively build, revive, and manage customer accounts to maximize revenue potential, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly car sales/listings targets, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives and driving business success.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market intelligence from assigned areas, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with dealers, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Team Management: Effectively monitor and manage teams, ensuring efficient workflows, high productivity levels, and a positive work environment.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee listings quality, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Team Participation: Actively participate in team activities, including weekly meetings, and contribute feedback and ideas to support business growth and development.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Collaborate with management to undertake additional duties or projects as required, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Education: Possess a minimum school certificate (SPM or equivalent) or higher qualification, reflecting a solid educational foundation.
- Experience: Bring relevant work experience in outdoor sales (circa 2+ years), applying expertise to drive results, grow sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Showcase proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Office), leveraging technical expertise to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Chinese, Malay, and English languages is essential for effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Cultural Fit: Be able to speak at least one Chinese dialect fluently, reflecting our commitment to cultural diversity, inclusivity, and respect.
- Soft Skills: Exhibit excellent telephone skills, courtesy, and good time management to deliver exceptional results, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.
