We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Operations Director to join our team at Hong Leong Bank.

In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of the customer risk profiling methodology, ensuring it remains relevant in assessing AML/CFT risks of customers. You will also conduct risk assessments to identify AML/CFT risks for the bank, including overseas offices, by conducting branch risk assessments and enterprise-wide risk assessments.

You will also develop and maintain product risk rating methodology, ensuring it remains relevant in assessing AML/CFT risks of products. Furthermore, you will conduct risk assessments to identify terrorism financing or proliferation financing risks for the bank.

As a Compliance Operations Director, you will ensure that sound AML/CFT compliance is in place for the Group, including training provided for business units on AML/CFT requirements.

We require a Bachelor's Degree holder in any equivalent field, with 7 years and above experience in risk assessment, bank operations, and AML/CFT management. You must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization.
