Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, integrate, and configure HRIS systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Maintain data integrity by implementing quality processes, audits, and backup systems to safeguard HR data.
  • Analyze business needs and develop advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to support HR functions.
  • Manage day-to-day HRIS activities, including system support, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights on key HR metrics, such as retention, recruitment, performance, and diversity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive HRIS and HR analytics experience with exposure to multiple HR functional areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
