We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our CX team as a Customer Experience Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers with speed, empathy, and effectiveness, building trust-based and enduring relationships.
- Operational Excellence: Assist with day-to-day tasks under the CX team's portfolio, ensuring efficient process execution.
- Reporting and Analytics: Collaborate with the team to prepare reports, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
You will also take ownership of customer success metrics, from a company to a personal level, demonstrating strong personal values and commitment to our mission and company values.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Experience or Customer Support.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Malay; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
- Strong critical thinking skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
