We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager to manage and enhance relationships with our valued clients through premium concierge services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, fostering strong client relationships, and curating exceptional experiences that reflect the company's high standards. This role requires a strategic communicator with a customer-centric mindset, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement internal PR strategies to strengthen client relationships and enhance service experience.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  3. Coordinate and manage concierge services, addressing client needs with a personalized approach.
  4. Organize and oversee exclusive client engagement events and experiences.
  5. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery and brand messaging.
  6. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  7. Maintain a strong understanding of client preferences and market trends to offer tailored services.
  8. Oversee communication materials such as newsletters, client updates, and service announcements.
  9. Monitor and report on client satisfaction and engagement metrics.
  10. Ensure crisis communication protocols are in place to manage any service-related issues effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience 2+ years in public relations, client relations, or a concierge service environment.
  3. Mandarin Speaker is a must.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multitask and manage high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience in luxury hospitality, corporate concierge, or high-end customer service is a plus.
  8. Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.
  9. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
