Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Sales Professional to join our team at Unique Travel & Convention Sdn Bhd. This role involves identifying and securing new corporate clients, developing strong relationships, and promoting our event services to businesses across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in the event industry. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing abilities.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will be able to match client needs with innovative event solutions and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate event needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Develop Opportunities:
  • Research, network, and generate leads to identify potential corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Explore opportunities in new industries and corporate segments for event services.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their event needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing timely follow-ups, proposals, and support.
  1. Proposal and Presentation:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized event proposals for corporate clients.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to pitch event concepts and service offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can excel in this role. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in the event industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to match client needs with innovative event solutions.
  • Familiarity with corporate event trends, needs, and expectations.
