Corporate Sales Trainer

At Bradbury Group, we are seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Trainer to spearhead the development of training programs for our sales team.
About the JobWe are looking for a dynamic individual to create effective training sessions that boost sales performance. As a Corporate Sales Trainer, you will analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team, develop material required for training, conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel, and collect feedback from trainers and trainees.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze and identify training needs within the sales team
- Create engaging training curriculum and estimate the budget required
- Develop relevant training material, including outlines and handouts
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales staff
- Collaborate with external trainers and sales managers to enhance training programs
- Maintain records of training material and stay up-to-date with market trends
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience as a sales trainer or similar role, and strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales training or a similar role
- Professional certifications in sales training an added bonus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and design effective sales training programs
