As a Customer Service Expert at Aqi Intl, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for addressing technical issues, providing product training, and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our solutions. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in customer service and technical skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Evaluate complex problems, deciding when to escalate them to senior support or management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying informed about policy changes and enhancements.
  • Offer product training and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring they can utilise our solutions effectively.
  • Accurately document all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma in any field (preferably in IT) is required, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the call centre industry is essential, although relevant work in similar roles is also beneficial.
  • Experience in technical-related fields is highly valued, showcasing your adaptability and learning capacity.
  • You must possess a strong command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates fluent in Mandarin are encouraged to apply, highlighting our commitment to diversity and multilingualism.
  • The ideal candidate will have initiative, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and excel in fast-paced environments.
  • This position is open exclusively to locals.
Compensation:
  • An attractive salary of RM 2800.00 is available for those proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A higher salary of RM 3000.00 is offered to candidates who speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • A performance-based bonus scheme is implemented to reward confirmed staff members for their hard work.
