Job Overview

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement team in optimizing purchasing processes and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Support: Assist procurement offices and manager with various tasks, including maintaining purchase records and suppliers databases.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation or changes via communication channels or purchasing systems.
  • Order Tracking: Ensure timely delivery of orders by tracking them from start to finish.
  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Research potential vendors, evaluate offers, and negotiate better prices.
Requirements
  • Time Management: Demonstrate adequate time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Independence: Work independently with minimal guidance while maintaining effective teamwork and communication.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Possess computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; a diploma or higher in Business/Procurement Management is preferred.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of RM 35,000 - RM 50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
