PMB Technology Berhad is a Public Limited Company listed in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 2003. We specialize in various aluminium downstream products with a global network across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate the submission and distribution of fabrication drawings to respective fabricators and factories.
  • To liaise closely with QS/Purchasing Department on materials procurement, resolving any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
  • To monitor and supervise in-house factory workers, conduct briefings and arrangements of works, manage overtime, and ensure sufficient stock levels of common items.
  • To arrange transportation for delivery of materials between factories, sites, and factories, ensuring timely delivery and sufficient stock levels.
  • To arrange container shipments for overseas deliveries, including preparation and submission of documents, quantity and quality checks, and loading/unloading of materials.
  • To communicate with site teams to ensure all delivered materials meet specifications, quantities, and details.
  • To perform ad-hoc duties or assignments when assigned by superior.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of working experience in factory and construction-related jobs. They should be able to write and communicate in English, coordinate work-related matters after hours via phone calls, texts, emails, and have access to their own transport.
