Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join Bangsar Heights Pavilion as a Sales Admin cum Credit Control Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, credit control services, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage sales documentation, cancellations, and commissions.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and other parties on loan documentation and payment.
  • Update master control systems and provide information on property development.
  • Ensure timely generation of progress billings and collection of payments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in credit control and loan matters in property development.
  • Strong knowledge of Fastkey, Property Development System, and Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for effective communication.
