About the Job

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Solutino Sdn Bhd. As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance in various corporate law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of transactional agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence on target companies, assets, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Assist in the execution of corporate transactions, including M&A, private market investments, and structured finance deals.
  • Liaise with external counsel, service providers, and counterparties to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Monitor ongoing deals, track milestones, and proactively request updates from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • LLB graduate from a common law jurisdiction (CLP/Bar qualification is an advantage).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant corporate law experience (including candidates who have completed pupillage).
  • Experience in Capital Markets (Debt/Equity) or M&A is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with sound judgment and the ability to assess complex legal and business situations.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
