The Role

We are looking for a talented Store Team Lead to join our team at Pavilion Damansara Heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Stay updated on our brands' products, promotions, and services to inform customers.
  • VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand guidelines.
  • SALES PERFORMANCE: Contribute to achieving individual and group sales targets by increasing UPT & ATV and returning customers.
  • INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Properly manage stocks, inventory, mannequins, and other items within the store.
  • STOCK COUNTS: Conduct regular stock counts and receiving with the inventory & merchandising team to prevent losses.
