Job Description

Head of Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing business opportunities and planning and implementing new sales strategies. The Head of Sales and Marketing Manager will also manage both the sales and marketing teams and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operational goals.

We are seeking an organized and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The Head of Sales and Marketing Manager's responsibilities include generating unique sales strategies, creating engaging marketing materials, developing pricing strategies, and meeting sales and marketing objectives. The Sales and Marketing Manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. To be a successful Head of Sales and Marketing Manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  2. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  3. Researching and developing business opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales and marketing goals.
  4. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  5. Implementing new sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  6. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales and marketing teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
  7. Maintaining relationships with key customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business opportunities.
  8. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  2. 5 years experience in sales and marketing.
  3. Experience in management may be advantageous.
  4. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.
  7. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  8. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  9. The ability to work under pressure.
  10. Must have a valid driver's license.
  11. Experience in the industry will be an added advantage.
