We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled operations professional to join our Merchant Operations team at Grab. As an Assistant Manager for Merchant Payments & Governance, you will be responsible for supporting the company's business activities within the realms of data and payments.
">Key Responsibilities- You will monitor and assess merchant payment and collection processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- You will utilize various tools and dashboards to ensure seamless integration between merchant entry points and Grab systems, maintaining data accuracy and delivering a positive experience for merchants.
- You will develop automated processes to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
In this role, you will report to the Manager, Merchant Core Operations, and work onsite in Petaling Jaya. To be successful, you will need 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role, demonstrating a proven ability to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
QualificationsTo excel in this position, you will require:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, finance, or actuarial science)
- Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- The capacity to develop, solve analytical problems, and identify irregularities in financial data
