About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the complete data integration process, from data acquisition to analytics and architecture. Your expertise will be crucial in driving decarbonization and digitalization initiatives across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data integration architectures for systems and databases
  • Develop and maintain scripts for ETL and analytics using tools such as SQL, Python, ELK, and Kafka
  • Partner with sites to implement and monitor data integration solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 3-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in semiconductor back-end manufacturing and data acquisition tools such as S3, TCL, HUME, Filebeat, FTP/SFTP
  • Experience in data transformation tools such as SQL, Python, ELK, and Kafka
  • Experience in data analytics tools such as Knime, DataIKU, and Tableau
  • Experience in databases such as MySQL, ORACLE, or Elasticsearch
  • Experience in data governance tools such as Alation and Informatica
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to visualize complex data models
