Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also driving process improvements and enhancing our overall financial performance.

  • Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Closing Processes: Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support informed business decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business growth and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

Working Hours: 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day (flexible clock-in time)
