Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and supplier teams to manage requirements.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor daily procure-to-pay operations.
  • Implement cost chargeback processes and tools.
  • Manage IT asset management processes, policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Resolve vendor non-compliance issues directly with vendors and partners.
  • Analyze invoice aging and billing reports for corporate and site-level spend.
  • Develop actionable reports and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Document and establish processes for consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor IT team members on vendor management best practices.
  • Review and interpret contractual agreements.
  • Analyze used IT consumption and request trends.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Jabil's IT leadership, sites, partners, and suppliers.
  • Meet regularly with technical teams.
  • Develop best practices, tools, and templates for the IT organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
