The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the company's employer brand and attracting top talent. They will be responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of procedures that support and enhance employee performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and tracking and managing workforce mobility to ensure effective utilization of internal talent pipelines and career progression.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience ratings. The successful candidate will drive the team to meet and exceed these benchmarks through data-driven decision making.

A key aspect of this role is employer branding, where the Talent Acquisition Lead will lead, develop, and implement initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. This includes managing the company's employer brand presence on career websites and social media platforms, developing engaging content, and conducting market research.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, as well as excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements for this role include a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, or Management, proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
