We are seeking a skilled PR Manager - Brand Development to join our team at MDEC. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR strategies that effectively communicate the company's brand values and initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists through proactive outreach and media relations
  • Develop and write crisis communications plans to mitigate negative impact on the organization's reputation
  • Monitor media coverage and evaluate data for effectiveness of PR strategies
  • Oversee the development and implementation of content marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve communications objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR or related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective PR strategies
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
