Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced In-House Counsel Expert to join our team, reporting to the Executive Director, Legal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters from start to finish, including taking instructions, determining appropriate courses of action, reviewing and drafting legal documents, negotiating agreements, and providing final legal opinions.

Key Tasks

  • Draft and negotiate client and non-client facing agreements and ancillary documentation.
  • Manage/coordinate with external legal counsel, where required.
  • Provide advice on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

  • Post qualification experience as a qualified lawyer.
  • Experience in an in-house legal role ideally with a bank, fund manager or fund service provider.
