Key Job Functions
  • Monthly Business Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategies to create new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Client Relationships:
  • Maintain and grow relationships with Institutional Clients, Corporate Commercial Clients, and other banking partners to increase revenue.
  • Cross-Selling:
  • Sell multiple unsecured products to meet revenue targets and improve client satisfaction.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements to minimize risk and protect client interests.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in Banking and FSI industry.
  • Excellent understanding of financial products and services.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to assess client creditworthiness and identify key risk factors.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, and banking regulations.
  • Experience with cash and FX products.
  • Understanding of various industries and market environments.
