We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Engineer to join our team at Hunters International. As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide support and assistance to customers regarding technical products or services.
Key Responsibilities- Identify potential customers and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Deliver technical and service presentations to clients.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers before and after sales.
- Actively participate in the tender process, including tender document submission and technical and commercial clarifications.
- Troubleshoot simple technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex customer inquiries or problems.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the relevant departments for product and service improvement.
- Reports to the Unit Manager - Business Development.
- Supports tender documentation work when required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions through the company's systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Possess own car and willing to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, or technical support.
- Fresh graduates/New entries and candidates with 1 to 2 years are welcome to apply.
- Working experience in industrial product sales (pumps, instrumentation, chemical, etc.) would be an advantage.
