Brake Sales Manager

SEER S&R is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brake Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular sales pipeline meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and aligned with sales forecasts.
- Create and implement competitive pricing strategies that align with market conditions, customer expectations, and company profitability goals.
- Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities for the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or higher. Diploma/Degree in marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the automotive or brake systems industry.
- Knowledge of personal computer is essential.
- Can work independently and responsible, pleasant and customer experience focused.
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written.
