SEER S&R is seeking an experienced Brake Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Selangor Area.

Salary: Up to RM7,000 per month.

About the Role

This is a high-profile opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and success in the automotive brake systems industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets, analyzing market trends and customer needs, and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new sales representatives.

You will set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to your team. Additionally, you will lead and motivate a team of Territory Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales goals, conduct regular sales pipeline meetings, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Set and track performance objectives, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales pipeline meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive or brake systems industry. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Mandarin is desired, but proficiency in English and/or Malay is essential.
