About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized part-time support staff to assist us with administrative tasks. As an office administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit voice logs to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Prepare documentation that require by clients in a timely manner
  • Handle emails and correspondence with clients efficiently
  • Manage HOD tasks and prioritize work accordingly
  • Utilize multitasking skills to complete tasks effectively
Working Conditions

This is a part-time job paying RM8 per hour, paid monthly. The successful candidate must be able to speak English and Malay fluently. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Work must be conducted from our office in KL area only.
