Job Summary

PRecious Communications Pte Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, PR & Client Services to lead and manage strategic client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of communication programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex communication projects and building strong client relationships, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and team management skills, and proficiency in project management tools and software.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts, proactively identifying client needs and opportunities, providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions, and managing client expectations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence, leading cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively, and monitoring project progress to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of communication professionals, fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with clients' business objectives, conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities, and developing and executing innovative communication campaigns that drive results.
  5. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, monitor and track project expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in public relations in an agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and team management skills, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
