We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Customer Support Team as a Help Desk Specialist. In this role, you'll provide expert assistance to our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Perform thorough customer background checks upon registration.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to customers.
- Guide customers through platform navigation and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Identify recurring customer issues and implement process improvements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
Essential Skills- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential; additional education or certifications can be advantageous.
- Previous customer support experience or similar customer-facing roles are highly valued.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or customer support tools is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English and Mandarin language proficiency.
- Strong empathy and ability to actively listen to customer concerns.
- Quick problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including day and swing shifts as required.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
