Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including supplier reliability and market volatility
* Provide administrative, functional, and project support to optimize procurement services and improve procurement process efficiency

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field
* 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, with a basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies being an added advantage
* Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and organizational needs
* MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP System
