Financial Operations Specialist

Link Compliance, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join their team in Shah Alam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to the success of its financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead day-to-day financial activities, identifying key findings and providing insights to senior management.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including audit schedules, to support informed decision-making.
- Analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate tax computations, estimates, SST, and transfer pricing documentation, ensuring timely compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain fixed assets registers, accurately recording all assets and ensuring accurate accounting.
- Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial expertise to drive business growth.
- Perform monthly inter-company reconciliations and streamline related parties' transactions, inter-company billing, and contra.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Prepare group consolidation accounts and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits with external auditors, ensuring smooth processes and minimizing disruptions.
- Implement e-invoicing solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor existing accounting policies, identifying gaps for improvement and driving change initiatives.
- Promote internal audit and due diligence exercises, contributing to a culture of excellence and risk management.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
- Professional certifications (MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are desirable.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems, with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to other branches in Malaysia and regional offices for work purposes.
Ranging from RM80,000 to RM120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
